Advanced Platform Design

Advanced Platform Design is built on the principles of making quality products and providing reliable customer service. Drawing on 20+ years of experience in the industry we are developing products intended to meet present and future needs of end users, ISVs and OEMs. EcoServer, a customizable media server that needs only 8W, is based on AMCC 440EPx and equipped with fiber/copper GbE ports, and PCI and local bus expansion. It is supported with U-Boot, Linux kernel, Ubuntu server and LAMP open source software. At Advanced Platform Design, we build application foundations. We also do custom design of hardware and/or software geared primarily towards expanding the functionality of our platform by adding boards with FPGA, DSP, or video interfaces.
