Products in this category cover the range from 8G Fibre Channel, 10G Ethernet OC-192 SONET to OTU-2 transport rates. These products generate an SFI-4.1 compliant 16-bit interface. Multiple timing modes, integrated loopbacks, and pattern generators and checkers improve ease of use and flexibility.

Multi-rate products operate at fixed rates, for example OC-12 and OC-48, while continuous rate products span the spectrum up to 4.25 Gbps while operating from a single reference clock.
