The Triveni APM9689x family of 10g copper Ethernet PHYs includes integrated dual and quad port PHYs supporting IEEE 802.3 10GBASE-T operation.

Based on 40 nm process technology and a state of the art programmable DSP engine, the device is designed to exceed performance objectives and standard requirements in harsh environmental conditions while retaining a low-power consumption envelope.

Triveni includes sophisticated electromagnetic interference (EMI) cancellation circuitry to effectively cancel out interference from walkie-talkies and other wireless sources. This EMI canceller solves a critical technology challenge for robust, high-speed Ethernet connections, and enables the use of unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling in the data center.
